Our smog check costs $39.75 with a coupon, plus the $8.25 California certificate fee. Trucks, SUVs, and vans may be extra. Vehicles 1999 and older are at regular price.

No! We welcome walk-ins. No appointment is necessary. Just drive in during our business hours and we'll get you taken care of — most smog checks take about 15 minutes.

We're open Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and Saturday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. We are closed on Sundays.

A STAR (Smog Test and Repair) station is certified by the California Bureau of Automotive Repair to meet the highest standards for smog testing accuracy and quality. Some vehicles, especially those flagged by DMV, are required to visit a STAR station. All Pro Smog is STAR certified.

We smog check all vehicles including cars, trucks, SUVs, vans, diesel vehicles, hybrids, and more. We also handle DMV renewal tests, change of ownership tests, out-of-state vehicles, and gross polluter re-tests.

Bring your vehicle registration or DMV renewal notice. If you have a smog coupon (print or mobile), present it before the inspection begins.

A typical smog check takes approximately 15 minutes. We offer while-you-wait service so you can stay comfortable while we test your vehicle.

If your vehicle fails, we'll explain the reasons and can recommend repair options. As a Test Only station, we don't perform repairs, but we can refer you to trusted mechanics. After repairs are completed, come back for a free re-test (with regular price initial test).
